Insurance and Coverage

At no additional cost, SPAIN CAR’S tariffs include:
— Public liability insurance
— Third party automobile insurance

Also included is partial coverage for damage
to the Spaincar vehicle (CDW) and theft insurance (TP). The client
is responsible for these concepts exemption as given in the price
rates.

The loss or damages of the accesories and extras
will be charged besides the franchise.

The exemption will be returned to the client
if third-party responsibility is proven, and when the third party
has compensated Spain Car for the damage incurred.

Passenger insurance (PAI) is included up to the
limit of its maximun indemnity.
