SPAIN CAR, as always trying to give you the best price and the best service, has studied the way of avoiding transactions which increase the rental and in this way the client pays a cheaper price with special conditions.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
• Reservations made through Internet
• All vehicles have air conditioning and radio cassette
• Baby carrier seats, chains and ski racks are available
• Minimum rental of 3 days 
• Includes 300 kms/day, extra km.: 0.09 €/km
• Insurances (car and occupants) included
• Tax: VAT 18%. Not included.
• There is an insurance exemption, according to the following chart:

• The vehicles are to be picked up and returned to our Madrid offices and during working hours:

M to F9 to 19 hrs                  S9 to 14 hrs              S and BH9 to 12 hrs

• Customers who return the car to a different location will be charged 90.00 € if in Madrid or 300.00 € outside Madrid but within Spain
• Fuel and fines will be charged to the customer, SPAIN CAR hands over the cars full of petrol, and we request that you return them full, if this is not done we will charge the fuel missing plus an additional charge for refuelling at 12 €
• Reservations confirmed, expenses for:
  · Modification extension (date or car): 0 %
  · Cancellation: 0 %
  · Non attendance: 0 % Please inform us of any change of details.
• It should be understood that another person may be waiting for your car or there have been refusals and SPAIN CAR has to solve the problem
• The cars can only be driven in the Spanish Peninsular; otherwise, you will be responsible for the expenses caused by damage or loss including the repatriation of the car
• The following expenses are the responsibility of the customer:
  Loss of keys, recovering the keys from inside de car, punctures, burst tyres, 
  windscreen breakages, repairs for refuelling the wrong fuel and any damage caused 
  to the interior of the car
